We generally ship by U.S. Postal Service unless we receive other specific shipping instructions.

All merchandise is subject to shipping and handling charges.Please provide us with your complete shipping address. Our shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon weight and location. Please note the handling charge is in addition to postage.

Damaged merchandise should be reported immediately to the carrier for inspection. Our liability ceases upon delivery to the customer. Prior authorization is required for returns. Shoe returns must be authorized within 30 days of purchase and packed in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
